The best way to make pizza at home

Place the metal baking surface on a rack in the bottom third of the oven. Preheat to 550°F for 1 hour. Make sure your dough is at room temp.


Switch your oven to the Broil setting (on high if that's an option). Wait 10 to 15 minutes, then stretch out the dough and top it on a floured peel.
