Equipment & Tools For Homemade Pizza
You don't need much equipment to make delicious from-scratch pizza at home: just a baking sheet, a big bowl, something to mix dough with, and something to cut the finished pizza with. If you can't live without that bubbly, charred-in-spots crust, I'd recommend upgrading to a baking stone or steel plate and a pizza peel.
Still feel intimidated? These posts and videos will introduce you to the tools you need and walk you through how to use them. If you're brand new to pizza making, start with this post, then watch the videos about baking pizza on pans and on stones/steels.
